Frequently asked questions

  • How secure is Apple Pay?

    Using Qashio cards with Apple Pay is secure. There are number of security features Apple Pay transactions have.

    Some of them:

    •  Apple Pay is safer than using a traditional credit or debit card. Every transaction Apple Pay requires you to authenticate with Touch ID or your passcode.
    •  Your card number and identity aren’t shared with the merchant, and your actual card numbers aren’t stored on your device or on Apple servers – instead a unique Token number is used.
    •  If your phone is lost or stolen, you can go to icloud.com/find or use the Find My iPhone app to suspend or permanently remove the ability to pay from your device with Apple Pay. Alternatively you can call us and delete the card from your lost/stolen phone. Your physical card can still be used.

  • How many Qashio cards can I register into Apple Pay?

    You can register up to 8 Qashio cards in Apple Pay.

  • Do I need to be connected to Wi-Fi or my cellular data network to use Apple Pay?

    You would need an internet connection to enroll cards / disable cards from Apple Pay and to check card available balance / limit. To make Apple Pay transactions, you do not need to have a cellular data or Wi-Fi connection. Please note that Apple Pay may require you to periodically login to the app and connect to the internet with your device to keep the app active.

  • Can I configure Apple Pay on multiple devices?

    Yes, you can configure and use Apple Pay on multiple devices.

  • How can I remove my Qashio Card from Apple Pay?

    •  From Wallet: Select the card you want to remove Tap ⓘ Tap “Info” tab Tap “Remove Card”
    •  From Settings: Open Settings → Tap “Wallet & Apple Pay” → Tap card to be removed → Tap “Remove Card”
    •  From “Find my iPhone’ through iCloud”: Go to “Find my iPhone” → Select the device under “My Devices” → Select “Remove” on the card that you wish to remove
    •  From iCloud: Open Settings → Select “My Devices” → Select the device under “My Devices” → Select “Remove” on the card that you wish to remove
